NoMirage is a catering company founded by Chef Damian Smith in 2017, as a single-member managed Limited Liability Company. NoMirage specializes in personal and private chef services, as well as large-scale catering for events such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, repast, and more.

Chef Dame brings a wealth of culinary expertise and versatility to the table, with a passion for crafting a wide range of cuisines, from steaks and seafood , to soul-food, Korean and Asian dishes, Italian dishes, Bbq, and brunch speciality dishes.

NoMirage has two primary offerings:

Private chef services and large-scale event catering. Private chef services entail personalized culinary experiences for individuals or families, often within the comfort of their own homes. Large-scale catering services cater to corporate events, parties, and gatherings, offering a diverse menu to suit the preferences of each client.

Chef Dame’s culinary journey is backed by professional credentials, including Serve Safe Manager certification, and Serve Safe Allergens certification ensuring a commitment to food safety and quality control. Additionally, NoMirage was selected as a finalist for the 50th Annual Whitney M. Young Small Business Series at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

June 25, 2026 Chef Dame successfully graduated & completed Babson College's Executive & Entrepreneurial Cultivate Small Business Cohort through Santander Bank & ICIC.

The geographical reach of NoMirage extends primarily to Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, Poconos, New York, Maryland, D.C., Los Angeles, and Atlanta.
